Arrow changing speeker, door pannel

I was wanting to change my stock speekers(non mach)for aftermarket ones and I also wanted to do it myself does anyone know how to change out the front speekers of a 2003 mustang gt? I really am inteserted in learning how to take puy the front door pannel !?!? thanks for your help!
