I could not get this to display properly, but the vendor swears it's valid.
If you get it, let me know! If not, I'll post my own PDF when the hard copy arrives

when i clicked on it, it said "file is damaged and could not be repaired"

I am having one hell of a time getting my 99 - 04 stock radio and CD player out. I have the pull kit and can only get one side out at a time when I pull on the other side to get it out the damn u shaped puller pops out of the stock head. I sat there for 2 hours fighting it and gave up. Please I need some help
