Question Aftermarket cd changer

I just had Best Buy install an aftermarket head unit and it does not sound right. When I put the fade on the front only the top door speakers work. Then when I put the fade on the rear not only does the rear speakers work but the front lower door speakers work as well. Is this normal for an aftermarket head unit??? It has the mach 460. Any Suggestions?

460 is a b****!!!

Dude, best thing to do is just gut it. You'll never miss it. As soon as those guys at best buy, ultimate, etc. get ahold of it, they think they know what they are doing, but it never works right. To get my system to work I just had to gut it. The harnesses only half work and if you try to use the stock amplifiers, good luck. There is another thread going on now about this.
