Hi...I hate taking my car to Ford and since I have having a CD problem with my system I need to know what is the best way to remove the factory radio. My 6 disk CD stopped working and I can't load disks all I get is CD error msg. So I bought a used radio on E bay and hope it works but I need help in how to change out the radios, without doing a lot of damage to trim. Thanks for any suggestions.

Your radio should have two holes on both sides. There are special "U" shaped tooles that slide in them to release the spring clips. The Metra part # is 86-5618. You should be able to find them at any parts store.
