Default false-alarms with stock system
Fellow Stangers:

I have a 98 GT with the stock alarm system. I have 2 questions...

1. The alarm system sets off by itself. What items should I troubleshoot? I was thinking of replacing the door switches but wasn't sure. For a few years now I have just had the fuse pulled...however I would like to fix it.

2. Is there a motion sensor system that can be added to the stock system?
