Hello everyone. I have '05 with the Shaker 500 6 cd changer etc. but no satellite capability. The new fords '07+ have the sirius ready.

Long story longer, a neighbor just bought a new f-150. It came with 6cd changer and satellite radio. he is swapping it for something else after market. he will basically give it to me but before I get all excited, can anyone tell me if the swap will work ? The radio itself is the same size etc but I was concerned what tech problems I might need to think about before tearing into this.
