You can get MTX, Rockford, Kicker. They are all good. Get a 300 or 400 watt 2 channel amp or mono. Stay away from 4 channel amps unless they are for your regular speakers. But I would say for those get a 2 channel amp!

Is there anything particular that I should look for in the amp?

Does anyone know how many ohms my subs are?

I have an undying hatred of MTX speakers. My buddy bought a 2x10" MTX setup and 200Wx2 MTX amp and put in his car. Completely underwhelming for the stupid price he paid. I much prefer Dayton's Reference HO series, I'm putting 2x12 of those with a Pheonix Octane amp in my 66

They are, as with 99.9% of all aftermarket car speakers, 4 Ohm.

I had 2 MTX truck boxes with 10" subs, mids, and tweeters back in the day, they were awesome in my truck. Go to Etronics.com for the amp, no need to break the bank for 2 8's IMO.
