Default Adding a Amp/Sub to 2007 Shaker 500

I have a 200w MTX amp and a 10" Rockford sub in a truckbox that have just been sitting on my bedroom floor since I took them out of my 98 Ranger before I traded it in on my 07 Mustang last April. Is there a way to hook this up to my Shaker 500 for a little more low end? Thanks.

You will need to hook up a line output converter between the amp and the HU. Hook up the power/gnd/rem for the amp like you would normally. I don't know the rem wire offhand, but do a search because I know there is a diagram on the board.

I did the same thing but took it a step farther. I have the shaker 500, I replaced the HU with a Pioneer 5900ib (with the xm and the ipod hookup), used the built in HPF for the factory speakers , used the rear out for the factory subs and used the sub out to feed a 12 inch pioneer sub in the form fit box for the mustang. So far it sounds awesome...
