I has at a pizza hut this weekend and i saw a red 90's stang with some exterior mods and stuff.

i didnt notice untill after i came back out and stood in the parking lot for a minute that the car would make a series of beeping sounds every 30-50 seconds at random. not loud like a horn but noticable and anoyying. i was wondering if anyone knows what this is or why someone would want to put it on their car?
