I'm assuming you have drum brakes on your Mustang front? For XF I don't know; but XB if I recall correctly is what I used for my '67 Mustang; I used the whole spindle / disc set-ups, & fully reconditioned them with Falcon parts from Repco. Spindle geometry must match so you have to compare the drum spindles & disc spindles very carefully; there are subtle differences between various Ford cars, & you don't want to throw out the Mustang's front geometry & have hassles with alignment & handling, so I say again compare spindles carefully, due to their shape they are not easy to measure. I also had to replace the outer tie rod ends as the disc brake spindle arm had a larger hole for the tapered tie rod pin? than the drum brake spindle did. I obtained the spindle / disc set-ups from a wrecker, then bought new ball joints, wheel bearings, discs, calipher kits & tie rod ends from Repco to suit the Falcon bits. So in the end only the spindles & calipher bodies were re-used. I also sourced a brake booster, as I wasn't impressed with a non-boostered disc brake Mustang I drove once; but that's another story. Hope this helps.

xf hub and stub complete assembly is the way to fly. fits straight on. if you are using a brake booster you need a 1 inch bore size master cylinder.
hq holden master cylinder only has pipes out the correct side for mustang. away oposite suide to falcon. (away from exhaust manifold.)
hope this helps
