Question Paint Color code D

Hi - what is the correct name for code D paint (1970) - one book I have says bright yellow, another says just yellow, the local auto paint shop only lists a 1970 yellow as grabber yellow. I don't want to buy the wrong paint.

Anyone help please?

Merry Xmas

The Paint Code Decoder I have only states the following.....
Quote:
Code - D or 3D
Description - Bright Yellow
Ditzler Nbr - 2214
Just quote the Ditzler Paint Code and you should get a perfect match. Let us know how you get on

there was no Grabber Yellow in 1970 (the same color was Grabber Yellow in 1971), Ford marketing called it both Competition Yellow (for the BOSS) and Bright Yellow for everything else
