Default U.S. Customs tracking?

Hi all.

I have placed a post in the Community Lounge section with the link being http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...ad.php?t=52142
and am having some trouble figuring out who to contact in the U.S. Customs area about how to track my package. So far I haven't had any luck. I was hoping that perhaps some folks here may have done this before and could assist me in the procedure for confirming the package actually having been sent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tracked packages on the UPS and Fedex website but not through US customs. I'll ask around.
