What are replica's worth

Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum & I am looking at buying a 1965 GT-350 Cobra replica, and would like to know what they are worth!

I am looking at purchasing this one it is in pretty good condition a litle bit of rust but nothing too bad.
It has a cobra head on it the engine has been rebuilt 1000 miles ago
the clock reads 87,xxx miles, its 5 spd manual, 4,940cc

It's a bit hard to tell without seeing the vehicle but 65FB in reasonable condition maybe $30something engine is not origional
