Just a couple of days after having a frank and earnest "discussion" with my wife about her spending I happened to be brousing through the Trading Post and saw an advert for a 289 from a '66 stang .To cut a long story short I came home with a 289 long motor ,a 302 short motor, a set of reco heads and a considerably lighter wallet.
HOW do I explain this? "It was a bargin "and "by buying this now I've saved a lot of money " just aren't cutting the mustard.
Krankieone,
You know the only way you are gunna get outa this one is to buy a REALLY good Christmas present ! You can't buy her any kitchen stuff this year buddy !

Flowers, one cannot go wrong with FLOWERS! (not to mention a romantic dinner for two... if the remaining cash in the wallet allows...)
