i picked up the sump today, i got it zinc plated.

The complete motor was blue b4 rebuild, im now going more for the natural look?? by this i mean sump zinc plated timing cover stripped clean alloy look, water pump stripped and cleaned, manifold stripped and cleaned with ford motorsport rocker covers.

The block/heads is the only thing im not sure of yet??
option 1: BLUE 2: BLACK 3: SILVER ( paint you can buy gives the clean metal look)

Your opinion would be appreciated.

I have seen all silver/alloy ones and I am not completely sold on the idea but think they look best against a bright colored engine bay.I recconn it would look better with contrasting block/heads but do what YOU like as your going to look at it more than anyone else.
I intend to go for a black engine bay ,black motor ,a FEW chrome accessories and maybe a couple of bright colored highlighted bits.

Yeah, I think krankieone's right. Its YOUR decision Fastback. I do like blue Ford motors though.....

Why don't you check out the Events Gallery . There are heaps of photos of show cars and their engine's in there for you to get ideas from !
