I was all fired up

to start porting my heads and with No 1 son in tow set off to buy a carbide burr and some taper rolls .We spent several hours going from place to place receiving blank looks whenever we asked for taper rolls

though I was shown several products that I had never heard of all of which were completely useless for head porting

.

I was hopeing one of you guy's might be able to give me a lead.
I'll take the web cam out to the shed and post some progress pics as I start to attack with the burr and hope like hell I can find some taper rolls or some equivilent product to finish them off as I dont realy feel like polishing by hand.
Any input or ideas would be most welcome at this stage
