Depends on the appraiser, depends on who is looking... too many variables to give a good answer. I know my 66 is not all original, I have 17" rims and a 302 4V, AC is gone that shows on the buck tag, doors aren't proper pony doors like the interior calls for, dual exhaust isn't original... but the car is not undervalued by the appraiser. My brother's 67 is in the same boat... both are coupes, but appraised above $25,000. Can we sell them for that? Not likely right now. In fact mine is for sale for $16,000! Far from the appraised value! My best suggestion, get the appraisal, its worth it!
