possible lengthen or shorten the drive shaft, and maybe swap out the front yoke as the spline count/configuration might be different

tranny mount might also not line up, so some modifications possibly there as well..
another difference might be the flywheel thickness and flex plate throw..
location of the shift fork support compared to opening in the bell housing...


imo, slap it in and work away at it..
could turn out to be a simple swap, maybe not, not something i'd expect to do in a night tho..could be a few weeks of piecing things together

damn, just noticed you said auto to stick..

k, everything above PLUS

clutch pedal plus linkages..
slave or cable depending on which way ya wanna go with it..if cable be ready to attach some form of support for the shift fork mechanics..
remove the detent cable from the carb..
flywheel/clutch/pressure plate/release bearing unless it all came with the tranny..
get ready to re-locate the hole in the floor (or cut one) for the shifter and have some kind of boot and plate to seal it off..

Go check out Maple-view Mall Cruise night on Wendsday nights in Burlington lots and lots of cars there. Starts in May and runs till the end of September.
