I dont know about a 05 Stang but I priced out insurance on a 04 Gt and it was $4200.00 / year and I'm 32 with a clean driving record. So for a 05 Gt can you say bend over.

I was quoted $2,500 a year for 2005 GT and $1,200 for V6.
So I bought the V6. I love it and do not regret not buying the GT.
I know it is a great car but twice the insurance and $8,000 to $10,00 more to buy was a little much for me.

My insurance company has quoted me 1800, and Presidents Choice Financial has quoted me 1600 a year. I am 36 with a clean record.

I am paying $1400.00 for my 05 GT Convertable. I'm old goat though (44) and down in Grimsby ON.
