I would love to do a fun cruise weekend with other fellow Mustangers but really haven't heard of, or been involved with such an event where it's been reasonably close to participate myself. Our American counterparts seem to have them more frequently (might have something to do with climate) and with glowing success. They seem like a tonne of fun, and I think we Westerners should indulge. Maybe even organize one ourselves! Ideas/thoughts anyone? Could be a blast!!!

Love the idea! Organizing a cruise would be alot of fun. If you are interested in pursuing it, AFM would be only too happy to help you promote it. As I said, I think its a fantastic idea and I'm sure you could attract plenty of mustangers to join along for the fun.

Thanks Scott, and I just might take AFM up on the offer. I'm going to research this and try and come up with something interesting. Maybe a trip across the border to a track or maybe even something staying North of the border. I'll do some poking around and see what I can come up with, and then see if this could spark some interest with our fellow mustangers. In the mean time, if anyone has any suggestions or good ideas please jump in and post em up. The ideas and possibilities are limitless not to preclude maybe a stopin at Hooter's (lunch or something like that) and maybe a visit to Calgary raceway, all this during the stampeed (bringing a few horses of our own), who knows! Lots of great places out West I'd love to visit. Let's see if we can get some more idea's and then work from there. Oh this is far from over!

When is that stuff happening? I heading over to Calgary in the summer to look for a better job.
As for cruises. The firebird and camero club usualy team up with the mustang club for cruises. I'll see what they have in mind for any long distance cruises.

You can look for us to be hosting a cruise from San Diego to L.A. later this year. While it's not Winnipeg, we could look at extending it up to Vancouver if there is enough interest.
