I sent $1000 for some aluminum e-brock heads and got nothing. Her is his info:
Ray Cook
295 Belmont ave.
Winnipeg Manitoba
He changed his phone # and will not respond. The police have been useless. Can anyone help out or give me any information? Thanks.

No, I don't think he is a member here.Hard to tell because he could use a different name. I am in the province of Ontario and this deal started by me responding to an ad he placed on the corral for some heads for sale.
