Default 1969 Mustang coupe side scoops?

I was wondering if it is possible to put side scoops on a 69 coupe just like the fastbacks have, or if that is pretty unpractical. Are there any other side scoops that would look pretty good on there?

It could probably be done. A fastback has a hole in the quarter panel with a bracket behind to bolt the scoop to. I would think that you could cut the hole and bond them on with something like an epoxy. Shelby scoops might look cool too.

If they are just for looks, you could stick them on with 3M panel bond. I bought the grills and fiberglassed them to the scoop to close them off. I know people that leave them open and it has not been no problem.

Hey thanks for the help! I think I'll just put some shelby side scoops on it. I was trying to make is look like a mach 1, but those should do!
