Neat site, got to get the word out about you guys.

According to your site you're based out of Oakville? I live right in Watertown. When the summer comes you should hit the shows in the area too.

Yes, we are right in oakville. We were in naugatuck but we are forced into a bigger shop, which will soon be open for business. We will deff be at most of the car shows this year.. It is a real 1968 GT 500 KR,,original engine,,tranny,,and rear.. I think there was only 933 of those made. the only this that is wrong with the car is it is not the original color, It was green but it needed to be red.

actually they only made the gt500kr in 1968 and it was a half year model run, after the 428 cobrajet came out, the earlier big block 68 was just a gt500...of course this year ford is making the 40th aniversary model of the 500kr

Yes you'll have to change the springs ford used 3 different springs one for the inline 6 one for the small block one for the big block.

You should have a 8" originally in there.

Personally I wouldn't put 3.73's in there while you still have a 3 spd, unless you plan on staying off highways.
