You should bow to Mustang Queen V when asking a question like that!
She's restored many of them and had started a log with info she's found on those cars and others she's ran into. Everytime she runs into another car she writes down what info she can find about it. After awhile you build up quite a log of the cars. Mustang Queen V specializes in the 65-66 cars, the ones that Ford destroyed all the records of, which is why Ford and Marti can't give any info on.
(It does become a sickness!

I have both Mustang production guides and when I find a car on Ebay, forums, or anywhere that I don't find listed in the book and I can get original door tag info for I add the car in where it belongs in the books. There is no known cure for this sickness, some of us must learn to live with it.

Everyone in the vintage Mustang community wishes Ford didn't destroy the 65-66 records and that we could have them but unfortunately what is gone is gone for good. In Ford's defense, they didn't think these cars would be restored and scrutinized like they are today, after all they were just cheap, expendable, sporty transportation, and not that people would be as interested in them today as they are. With over a million 65 and 66 cars produced the records took up much space that Ford needed so they were destroyed after so many years. Luckily the 67 and up info was caught ( actually purchased ) in time by Kevin Marti.
