in all the parts catalogs I see parts for 68 GT/CS ................ whats the CS stand for ?????????

The CS stand for California Special. It is one of my favorite stangs.

and a forum CaliforniaSpecial.com - 1968 California Special Limited Edition Ford Mustangs - GT/CS theres a lot of pictures of them on there too.Theres also a high county which is just some stickers on the car nothing like the california special.

They used the same tail lights and trunk as a Shelby convertible the fog lights where used on the Shelbys too and there pricey no one remakes them yet so if you find a set cheap buy them.The side scoops are nonfunctional and there only used on them. like this http://www.mustangdepot.com/OnLineCa...fs-m101r-l.jpg theres screens that go over the holes to hide it
