You need a good camshaft to make full use of your intake and heads. One of those, maybe some shaft mounted rocker arms, and long tube headers paired with a dual exhaust. I'd personally recommend a set of Heddman headers (cheap, $150) and a Magnaflow dual exhaust. All in all, you should expect at least 300 hp from that setup.
