A car is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it no one can tell you especially on an old classic like that

What the above poster said is the truth. I know though when looking to buy one, I found that where you buy them (geographically) makes a big difference too. Finding one with none or little rust in the midwest is hard to do therefore they go for more out here then if you buy one on the coast in the same condition.

Another thing that will effect value will be if it is a real "K" code. Seems all of them are considered Hipo's anymore..

Hello. If the car is around town somewhere, I could probably go have a look at it, or possibly have someone else look at it and give you a better idea of what it's worth.

If it's a K code HIPO car, it can be a valuable car. If it's not, keep in mind that even though it's old, there's thousands of coupes out there. Don't let the seller make you think that you're passing up on the deal of a lifetime.

There's sellers that think all that they need to do is slap on a set of headers and a performance intake and you have an instant HIPO engine. This couldn't be further from the truth, so be careful.

Hi again. Yup. That was kind of my whole point. When considering buying a K code, one needs to swallow the pride and have someone look at it that knows exactly what they are looking at.
