To put a v8 in a inline 6 car is a lot of work you need engine tranny a 8 inch rear end v8 hubs front brakes and the v8 front springs motor mounts the motor mount perchs radiator and some small stuff.Been me id build up a inline 6 for it to be different.

I also have a '67 Coupe with the L6 200ci 3.3 litre engine. I just had it boiled and I am going to have it bored out to .040. I plan on also puting a V8 into it much later in the future but I would go with either a 289 or 302, to make it easiest. Once you get into the 351's you start having to change the steering system and you have to adjust the shock towers if you want to put a 351C into it. Hope this helps.

3.3L?
what is THAT? And in the 67, a 351C drops right in, NO mods. They are right,though.........you'll have to swap to a V8 front suspension.............a 8" rear.................. motor mounts& perches can be found cheap, get the 68 motor mounts, the 67 has their own......kind of a pain.............good luck!
