mustanglover66,

So from what I understand the A-1 347 with 400hp from your companies website will bolt up to my car just like a 302 or 289, correct? The 347 is no different in actual size than a 302? If so I'd love to learn more.

stangpower:
the 302 will fit just fine, it is a good engine if you are looking for a little bit of a performer, but not a barely controlled beast, you may want to look into brakes, definitely in my opinion, you will want to upgrade the ignition,
i'm not sure wether the c4 is a 4- or 3-speed, but it should work just fine, me, I would go with a m/t every day, makes the car so much more fun to drive

Did you say "dual quad"??? good choice, I hope gas $$ isn't too much of an issue, it will fit,

POST PIC!!!!

66,
Spoke with Lloyd today, very informative and easy to talk to. Come spring I will be ordering from you guys. Did a lot of google searches and you guys are all over the place on various Camaro, Bronco, Corvette forums, even some Fountain boat forums.

Just replace the heads with the 351 big-valve heads. Bolt in some long tube headers and properly jet the carburetor (>$1000).

I'd post pictures but this site does not allow it.
