Default HELP 1966 mustang

I have a 1966 mustang coupe, the original 289 has been replaced with a 351 Winsor off of a Galaxie, the transmission is a three speed off a 65 galaxie, the flywheel is the original off the 289 10.5 inch with 157 teeth, the engine was recently rebuilt, and the lower bearing are already showing wear, there is a vibration in the engine, I think the flywheel should be a 11 inch 164 thooth, but the problem comes in finding a bell housing that will bolt up with the 3 speed tranny and engine. I originally pulled the engine to replace the flywheel because the starter chewed it up. I decided to pull the engine too and inspect it due to the vibration. What is the best route to go in this situation?????

I also have a 351 in my car I can,t answer you total question but I can tell you I order a brand new flywheel it was a 157 tooth and I didn't fit, they cost around 2 to 3 hundred bucks, but you are correct 164 tooth is the right one and I just knock the ring of and replaced it for $25
