Default motor swap 6 cylinder to a 302/5.0

1972 mustang convertable with a 6 cylinder in it ,I want to put in a 1995 5.0 in it want kind of problem will this be I know it will fit but dont know all the obstacles involved in this flip I have already upgraded the suspension with a moog kit and i have a c-4 tranny available whats this involve need a little info here in south jersey :headscratc h:

You will probably have to put a bigger rearend in. You will have to upgrade the front suspension to handle the weight of a v8. Make sure bellhousings line up. Change motor mounts. I dont know all of the details, I am just speculating. There may be more or less you need to do. Just my input

You will definately need at least a 9 inch rear end. I swapped mine as well. A new radiator is a must. The 6 banger one will not handle the heat. I put a new aluminum one in mine with an electric fan thats works well. Good Luck.
