Hi,

A while ago I ordered parts with Mustangsourceparts.
The parts never arrived here in Belgium, Europe. there's a possibility things went wrong somewhere; stolen or packages get lost somewhere sometimes. But the fact the seller (Ryan Tiffin) does not answer any of my emails makes me worried the whole thing was a scam. I asked him about a tracking number of the package but never had any answers on my emails towards him...

How did you order your parts? Their website doesn't appear to be operating. Ebay maybe? Also, a "whois" check on their domain name shows that their contact information is hidden. I wouldn't do any more business with someone that operates like that.

I spotted them at ebay, but bought the part outside ebay. Did pay with paypall, but as it's over 45 days ago, I can't claim my money back there either ....

edit; checked ebay again and they have a 100% feedback. Strange they don't answer my emails than

I would never buy from anyone outside of ebay unless they have a reputable business and website. That way ebay would have refunded the money if he failed to send your part. Sorry to hear of the trouble but it seems you have no way to get action out of him at this point.
