The WCZ-F1 was used behind standard and automatic
tranny 250s, 289s and 302s between 1967 and 1970.
9D3 is the date the axle was produced, 1969, April, 3rd week
3 00 is the ratio, the axle is a 3.00-1
8 it is an 8" center section (pumpkin)
931A is an internal plant part number for that axle
So, with this info, your rear axle came from a 1969 Mustang that had a 250 or 302 engine. Being the axle was made near the end of April the car was a late April or a May built car.
