Need Help Decoding AOD Transmission Tag

I purchased an AOD transmission to install in my 1969 Mustang. The transmission tag reads:

PKB AF1
073634 F21
E9UP DA

Can someone help me decode what this came from. All I can tell is that it is a 1989 model.

Can you fill in the rest?

I show it tobe from a 1989 E150 wth a 5.0 or 5.8
