Default Funny, I have the 65

What is it worth... that really depends. I got my underdash unit, 65 mind you, on ebay for about $275 in excellent condition (complete with coin tray). The York compressor is $289.95 and the tag only denotes the pressure charge, coolant type and compliance code. Most people are using the daily driver kits made today because they are readily available and look similar to the original and work much better. (You also get all the ac parts for about $900) I think the factory ford under dash units look much better and I don't need the peak of performance. I am going to use the sanden compressor (the factory used the large, heavy, belt-slapping York) and the Ford underdash unit for my car. The 65 and 66 will fit the same application, however they are different colors: 65 silver, 66 camera-case black and I believe just a bit smaller. If you would like the 65 instead, I might be willing to swap if it is in pretty good shape. I have a 66 coupe. I am pretty stoked about the silver one though. You may need it more than I do as I don't know how scarce they are and I get a kick out of supporting the hobby. You should be in good shape however, make sure you use a new filter drier, and preferably new hoses although they are expensive: roughly $50 each. I can't stress this one enough, USE 134A. Not so much for the environment, but for the availability in the future and the cost, I believe R-12 is going for about $125 a lb. Hope this helps. This is only my second time posting.
p.s. I also had the bracket for the Sanden compressor already. Without it you will need the conversion kit or Use the York compressor. I also just realized you asked me for the time and I told you how to build a clock. Sorry.
