1964 1/2: How much is it worth

I know a guy who has a 1964 1/2 mustang convertable. My budy has seen it in person and says it's the real deal (great thing is he's a chevy guy so he's probably going to let me buy it) It has a 260 V8, that has 74K miles the guy that has it is the 2nd owner. It's an all original and in excellent condition. The price tag for my buddy (since he's a relative) is $15,000 but I was wondering how much it would actually be worth.

What shape is the car in? Could you get some pictures and post them? I would think a all orignal 64 1/2 in good shape would be well worth 15K.

From my understanding, the car is a excellent condition. I will try to get some pictures of it soon so I can post them on here

15 sounds right if the car is in nice shape.
