When you say broken, do you mean the actual block is damaged or just the fuse clips? I had several clips broken/corroded on the fuse block in my 65 convertible and I was looking for a replacement block for quite some time, until I found out that NPD sells a fuse block repair kit. The kit consists of replacement clips only, so if the actual block is damaged, this might not completely solve your problem. If you need to find an actual fuse block that's not attached to a wiring harness, I suggest you first go to Ebay to see if there's anything out there. You might have to settle on buying an old/damaged under the dash harness to get the block itself. The last time I was at the All-Ford show in Carlisle, PA, I actually saw a couple vendors selling 65 fuse blocks that they cut from old harnesses, so they're out there if you look hard enough. I had already solved my fuse block problem by then, but I now wish I had picked one up! If you get your hands on one and want to replace the old block, I've talked to people who have done this and they have suggested the following procedure: Pull your steering wheel and then your gague cluster. You can then then bring the part of the wiring harness attached to the fuse block through this opening so you can work, cut and solder much more comfortably.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
