Default American Racing Rims

I'm getting ready to purchase a set of Torque Thrust D's on my 66 fastback. I want to swap out the American Racing center cap for something else. I really want the old school GT 350 with the red, white and blue cobra head but don't see that as an option. Does anyone have any insight on replacement center caps?

Try http://www.mustangdepot.com/OnLineCa...ts/vin-hub.htm Shelby only used a snake on the center cap for the magnum 500 rims the rest said cs his logo on them.

You might want to go with a 5 inch BS on the 8 inch wheel. Tucks that tire just bit further under the fender well and allows you to go with a 245

I was going to go with 225/60/15 or 265/70/15. Any thoughts on that?

The 225/60/15 would fit great. that's about 25.6 inches tall overall with plenty of clearance under the wheel well. You don't want to go much taller than that. The 265/70 would be closer to 29.5 inches tall - much too big. I went with 245/45/17 which is about 25.7 inches tall. You can estimate different tire sizes at Wheel / tire size calculator / comparer - WHEELSMASTER
Keep in mind that the first number is the width in mm, while the second is the width of the side wall relative to the width. So on a 265/70 the side wall would be about 70% of 265mm.
