Question 65 coupe - front torque box location

Hi all, this maybe a dumb question........

I purchased two front torque boxes for my car. I'm currently replacing the inner rockers, floor pans, cowl side panels, and will be replacing the front frames and frame extensions.....

I see nothing there that looks like the torque boxes? Were these used on some cars and not others? Can I add them? Where?
It looks like they go under the toe board, between the frame and inner rockers.......

Any pictures?

Thanks in advance
George

65/6 did not have front t-boxes.
67 had 1 front t-box
68 and up had 2

Adding the 2 front t-boxes to the car is a good upgrade. I did it to mine.

This is there they go:

Nick.........Thank you for the info and ESPECIALLY the pictures!

One additional question though......
In your second picture - looking from the rear forwards. There is going to be a "lip" with a round hole (on the right) and another 'hole' on the left.........is this where the "extra floor support" would go? I noticed this part in the Mustangs Unlimited catalog. My coupe doesn't have these either..
If not, what finishes this area? If it is intended to leave open, I assume I could creat my own 'cap' and weld in, or are these holes left there for a reason?

Also, nice color choice for your car!

regards,
George

Later model fuel lines run through the hole in the t box. I am not familar with an 'extra floor support'.

OK, feeling like a nimrod here. I was going to post a link to the part I was talking about. But, to save SOME humiliation It is the center section of the floor pan (if you were to divide a full0-side floor pan in three, this section is directly under the seat riser).

Thank you for time and experience.
George

BTW, I'm assuming your dually is a diesel seeing the power curve on your dyno chart !! The best I was able to dyno (before I detuned) was 425 rwhp / 899 ftlbs at the real wheels.....

Yes the dually was a diesel. It dynoed at the power levels I drove it at every day, and then I added bigger injectors too.

So it died a young death.
