The pre-73 Mustangs come with I-6 engines, not V6, and no, it won't work. You'll never deliver enough fuel through a 1 barrel carb to keep the motor from blowing.

As for adding it to a stock A-code or K-code, you might see 100hp out of the A-code, maybe 125hp out of the K-code.

Yes you have a inline 6 not a v6 and no a blower won't work.Put a v8 in it or get a 250 or 300ci inline 6 for it.

The 260 wasn't all that great of a engine probably cheaper to get a 302 for it.

It will fit. It'll give you probably a 40% hp increase, so maybe 60-80 hp. Possibly even more if you adequetely prepare the motor (ARP rod bolts, aluminum pistons, camshaft, headers, etc.)

IMO, putting a supercharger on a 260 is like putting lipstick on a pig. Sure you can do it, but it's going to be a PITA, and when you're finally done, you certainly won't be satisfied with what you got.

Spend the money on a built stroker motor. It'll cost you just as much as buying a supercharger and you'll probably have better results.
