Default Problem areas for '65 Coupe

Hey all this is probably a question you get all the time
what do i need to look for?

i know the ovious areas as i owned a '65 when i was 17 and am now 24 and looking for a project/dream car-like lower rear quarters, behind front wheels, window lips, floor pans and trunk pan, and frame for rust and bondo

the car is "This is a 65 Mustang that need to be restored!! It has an inline shifter and a 302 motor with aluminum intake, headers, 4 barrel HOLLEY carb. I have also put new plugs, new wires, new points and rotor button on it. The car runs great!! I have everything to fix the car except for a driver's door and the driver's quarter panel....a good body man could probably fix both of these but I was just going to replace them if I fixed it. I have all new interior( new recovered front seats with new seat foam, the upholstry for the back seat, new glove box door, window handels, door handels, new sunvisors, new seat backs, new headliner, new carpet & carpet underlayment, new door panels, new arm rests and bases) I also have new seals for when you repaint it. I have a extra front clip for it too( grille, fenders, stone defelctor)."

sound like allmost all the int. is there not sure on the actual year of the motor but im wondering if there are any other areas to look at when i got to look this '65 Coupe next week

sorry for the long post i just dont want to get in too deep finacially right off i offered 3K to see if he would bite but will probably go lower once i get out there to look at it
