do the modern replacement seats for a 71 sit higher than stock?

I would like to get a seat that sits higher than the stock seats for a 71 mustang. If anyone has used the modern replacement seats to replace the stock seats does the seat bun sit higher than the stock seat ?

If you install late model seats they will sit higher.

If you want them higher install them with the tracks reusing the front holes on the seat base.

If you want them lower and more reward drill all 4 holes on the base of the new seat to cheat the seat track as far forward on the base as possible.
