Default 289 what's the limit?

Hello all. I recently aquired a 1 owner 66 coupe. I am 2 weeks away from finishing the minor restore that I started.
It's a numbers matching 1 owner car,70k miles.

I wan't to keep the same bock in the car,no engine swaps.

Here is what I know about the motor.

289 bored 0.40
Stock heads(with roller rockers)
big cam(not sure about specs yet)
forged pistons/connecting rods
Edlebrock performer manifold
Edlebrock 500cfm carb
Headman Longtubes
Stock coil
Stock distributer

Now I am guessing all of that add's up to about 300hp(crank).

I would love to have about 350-375hp to the rear wheels on motor only,no nitrous,no blower.

Can the 289 be built to put down that kind of power?

After searching, I found a few things. 347 stroker, heads, bigger carb, and the usual ignition /spark stuff.

450hp+ in that package..

I guess I answered my own posted thread.lol
