Default Jmc motorsports scam

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone else has had any problems from JMC Motorsports. I ordered a T-5 Transmission kit from them back in Feb and it took forever to get all the parts. I still never got my hydraulic throwout bearing and now they are out of business I guess. I spoke with Kevin at the begining of Sept and they said I would get my refund and never did. Now I tried to call them and email them and there number don't work anymore. I think John the owner is a scam artist. I tried to speak with him a few times and he would never take my calls or return my emails.

Anyone have this problem I know I spoke with a guy on another forum and he hadn't gotten his parts either.

Just want to get the word out on these guys and see if anyone else has had this problem.

That's scary, do a google... you're not the only one... and I suppose if you search under the "old" business name, you might find even more....

That is kinda odd a friend of mine has there dual master cylinder on his mustang but he didn't buy it straight from them.I'd turn them in to Start With Trust -- Start With BBB tell them you want your parts now or the money back or see you in court is what id do.

Trust me I have been down that road with them. I went throught the BBB. They contact JMC two times and the BBB said they would never return there calls or emails. Told the two guys that answered the phones (Kevin and Tom) that I had enough of the BS and was seeking legal action and they said there owner John Deluze knew of all the problems but really was in no hurry to refund money or send out parts. The problem is now none of the phone numbers work and I have no idea how to track these guys down. Looks like I am and who knows how many other people got screwed.

How odd this came up, just last week I got an email about the store was clearing out old stock. I assumed they may have been moving again or even going out of business. I never had a problem with them when they were at the old location. Ever since they moved in this new store I fail to do business with them. I went in one day and they were all different, like I wasn't spending enough money or allowing them to work on my car. Just my experience. If your local I would go to the store and fix the problem in person. Hope it works out for you.

You need to contact the State Attorney's office in the state that they were located. If they have gone into bankruptcy, there is a chance to get on their (JMC) list of of debtors. You may get a full refund, a partial refund or no refund at all, as some debtors will take presidence over others. It's according to how the settlement works out.

I guess all that you can do is to E-mail the California State Attorney's Office. You'll have to do an on line search for their address. Or just forget about it and consider it misfortune. I really feel bad for you and the others.

Default JMC Motorsports Scam

I retained a lawyer in San Diego but was unsuccessfull in recovering approximately $3000 owed me for non-deliver of a TKO 600 Tremec transmission and other parts never supplied as part of a conversion kit I ordered and paid for from JMC Motorsports. I don't live in California, and so pursuit of my lawsuit against a scam artist like John Daluz is probably futile. I would be glad to join a class action lawsuit if one is being pursued. I would like to see the guy do jail time. They lied and deceived me with numerous stories for over seven months. I did get some of the parts I ordered and they were working with me until August when they started completely stonewalling me. I filed both a BBB compaint and an Attorney General complaint at that time and retained lawyer as indicated above. At any rate their license info is as follows:
