Question Does anyone know the height measurements for carbs?

Ok, I have looked and looked and can not find height measurements for carbs online anywhere. I was told that Holley carbs are shorter than Edelbrock. I'm building a 302 for my 66 and want to avoid clearance issues. Does anyone know the measurements or where to find them?

I've heard the opposite, Edelbrock carbs have a lower profile than the Holley's.

I don't have the exact measurements on either carb, but you have other things to consider. Intake manifold height is an issue and can cause problems...type of air cleaner is another thing to consider. Unless you are scrounging for every millimeter of clearance you can, the actual difference in carb height is minimal at best.
