You have a couple of options... First of all - you are mixing apples and oranges - the glove box door, gauge cluster, and other trim has a camera-case finish (reference to the texture)
The color on the textured finish is semi-flat black or semi-gloss black - depending on which brand you get - (not flat black) - you will see an obvious difference if you use flat black on these parts, and it is very difficult to clean.
You have a couple of options - you can get the original interior semi-gloss black spray lacquer from one of the Mustang parts suppliers ($9 - $10), or possibly substitute Krylon 1613 semi-flat black - it was a pretty decent match - especially for the cost difference ($2 - $3 at Wally World)
One problem - the 1613 color was recently changed a bit, and if you get one of the newer cans (Most of the old ones have been bought up by now) it may be a little too shiny.
I would recommend getting a Krylon 1613 semi-flat black spray can and testing it on an inconspicuous place before I painted the whole console or bought several cans.
