Default are these clevlend or windsor heads

can some one please tell me what these heads are ,i might buy them if they are what i need , he told me 351 was stamped on them and the numbers he gave me are 8K15 and he said their was a C in the center, if they are clevlend heads will they still bolt right on my 1970 302 windsor, should i buy them or let them go ,please help tell me everything you know time is running out thanks guys.

If they have 8 valve cover bolt holes,they are clevelands.

Read this The Mustang Shop its not a straight bolt on takes a little work and special intake.

You strap 351C heads on a 302 and you may not be happy. Those heads are HUGE. You'll make great power way up in the power band, but you'll sacrifice low end torque. Just an FYI.

It depends on if they are 2v 3v or 4v heads.

Last I checked all 351C heads had 2 valves per cylinder.

No the v don't mean valve like newer engines its short for venturi mean barrel so they made 3 different sets of heads one for a 2 barrel one for a 3 barrel and the 4 barrel ones.And yes they made a 3 barrel carb its one odd looking one too.
