65-66's did not come with the ram-air and shaker options, those came about in '69 (?) or later. The idea of Ram air is to "ram" air into the carburetor, or intake manifold, creating a much higher flow of oxygen then needed, allowing the engine to breath. Unfourtuanately, at high speeds, a ram-air kit mounted on the hood can do the opposite as there is a low pressure pocket of air on the hood
