I was wondering if anyone has ever used a center console from a later model mustang (80's-90's). I was thinking of adding power windows & locks, but using a center console from either later model mustang or another ford model; 2 reasons: 1) to give it that extra different style and 2) utilize the power window & locks switch on that console.

Most people just make there own its not that hard to do.I like the 71-73 console its got enough room to add switches and a clock.Or do like the shelbys and use a cougar one.

That car is insane, one thing you'll never see on my 1966 though is catalytic converters!
I would take that picture to an upolstery shop and get them to give you a price on building one and let us know how much they want.
