Ok, vain and stupid question?
I have a 67 fastback with a 289. I'm upgrading to a 347 stroker.
Should I leave the 289 emblems? Since there are no 347 running pony emblems, what would be the appropriate way to go? I'm looking for a classic look.
I would say either leave the 289 badges, or remove them all together. With the '67, not all 289 cars had the 289 badge on the fender so you would still be keeping with that classic look by de-badging but not falsly advertising, or advertising at all, what is under the hood.

I got this link from someone on another forum asking the same question I am thinking about putting on 347 badging when its done also. So I saved the link. But they are stick on not bolt on like the old ones. http://stores.ebay.com/Ford-Parts-and-Accessories_Emblems
